About Organize PDF

Organize PDF lets you reorder or delete pages of a PDF, then download the new file. Enter a new page order, list pages to delete, or both, and the tool rebuilds the PDF with only the pages you want, in the order you want them. It is made for fixing a scanned document that came out in the wrong order, removing blank or duplicate pages, or trimming a report down to the pages that matter.

Reordering by hand in a desktop editor usually means dragging thumbnails one by one. Typing an order such as 3, 1, 2 is faster when you already know the sequence, and deleting pages by number is quicker than opening each page and removing it.

How to use Organize PDF

  1. Choose a PDF with “Select PDF file”.
  2. Drag the page previews into the order you want — the New order field updates on its own. (Or type the order by hand instead.)
  3. In the options panel, enter a new order as page numbers separated by commas, or leave it blank to keep the original order.
  4. Enter any page numbers to delete, separated by commas, or leave that blank.
  5. Press “Apply and Download” to download the organized PDF.

Why use Organize PDF

A short options panel, not a full editor — just the reorder and delete controls, applied exactly as entered.

Common uses

Common uses include fixing a scanned document whose pages came out in the wrong order, removing blank or duplicate pages from a scan, and trimming a long report down to the pages a reader actually needs. Offices use it after bulk scanning, and students use it to tidy notes before printing.

Your files and privacy

Your PDF is reorganized in your browser and is never uploaded to a server.

Frequently asked questions

What if I leave the order blank?

The original order is kept, except for any pages you list for deletion.

Can I delete pages without reordering?

Yes. Leave the new-order field blank and fill in only the delete field. The original order is kept, except for the pages you list for deletion.

What happens to pages I do not list in the new order?

Only the pages you list are kept, in the order you list them. Pages left out of the order are not included in the result.

Can I delete a page and reorder in one go?

Yes. Enter both the new order and the pages to delete; deletion is applied to the reordered pages.

What if I enter a page number that does not exist?

Page numbers are checked against the PDF's page count, and numbers outside that range are ignored rather than breaking the result.
