How to Organize PDF Pages

A scanned document that came out in the wrong order, blank pages in the middle of a report, a duplicate page — small messes that make a PDF hard to use. This guide shows how to organize PDF pages: reorder them, delete the ones you do not need, and download a clean file, free, in your browser.

How to Organize PDF Pages — step by step

  1. Choose a PDF with “Select PDF file”.
  2. Drag the page previews into the order you want — the New order field updates on its own. (Or type the order by hand instead.)
  3. In the options panel, enter a new order as page numbers separated by commas, or leave it blank to keep the original order.
  4. Enter any page numbers to delete, separated by commas, or leave that blank.
  5. Press “Apply and Download” to download the organized PDF.

What if I leave the order blank?

The original order is kept, except for any pages you list for deletion.

Can I delete pages without reordering?

Yes. Leave the new-order field blank and fill in only the delete field. The original order is kept, except for the pages you list for deletion.

What happens to pages I do not list in the new order?

Only the pages you list are kept, in the order you list them. Pages left out of the order are not included in the result.
