How to Rotate PDF Pages

A document scanned sideways or upside down prints sideways and reads badly on screen — and re-scanning is not always possible. This guide shows how to rotate PDF pages by 90, 180 or 270 degrees for free, in your browser, for all pages or only the ones you list.

Tips

Frequently asked questions

Does rotation change page size?

A 90 or 270 degree rotation swaps width and height; 180 degrees keeps the same dimensions.

Can I rotate pages in different directions in one run?

No. One run applies one angle. To rotate different pages by different amounts, run the tool once per angle group: rotate the pages for the first angle, download, then rotate the next group in a second run.

Can I rotate only page 3?

Yes. Choose the specific-pages option and enter 3, or a list such as 3, 5, 7, and only those pages are rotated.
